Spool of Thread Sewing Lounge opened in the spring of 2010 to create a space for Vancouver’s sewists to learn, share and find beautiful materials with other sewists in the community. From our Sewing Lounge where we teach classes and rent sewing machines by the hour, to our fabric shelves, full of beautiful materials from around the world, each element of Spool of Thread is hand selected to inspire you to start your next sewing project.
