Las Tortas opened in June 18, 2009, and is located inside in the cambie village. Since then, Chef Moises Toyber has been serving fresh and healthy mexican dishes “always imitated, never duplicated”

What is our goal? We believe that the quality of the food we eat is paramount so all of our ingredients are of the highest quality and sourced from local producers and suppliers. We make everything in-house: the guacamole, the beans, the jalapenos, the dips, even the potato chips. The chorizo, the cheeses and the teleras bread are made for us by small local producers.

What is our wish? For you to experience the flavours of our childhood in Mexico right here in Vancouver, and be amazed at the flavours and quality of this amazing sandwich.
